April 26th, Jeans Day!

When the date is April 26,

Make sure you are wearing jeans.
“But why?” you might be thinking;
Just do it for the kids.

The 26th is the annual Jeans Day, a day of wearing jeans and raising funds for the BC Children’s Hospital, of which Eton College has been a participant for about seven years now. We always encourage all students, staff and faculty to show up wearing jeans on that special day, and this year is no exception in case you could not tell from the masterpiece of a poem up there. Well, at least it rhymes, doesn’t it? Pretty sure that qualifies it as poetry.

In addition to wearing jeans, you can also purchase buttons to help support BC kids. You can find more information about the event on www.jeansday.ca.
