OVERVIEW

The Construction Management Diploma program prepares students for entry-level and assistant roles in the construction industry by providing a solid foundation in project coordination, contract administration, cost estimation, scheduling, quality assurance, safety compliance, and construction technology.

Students also learn sustainable construction practices and develop strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively support senior management. Graduates are ready to contribute to construction projects as assistant construction managers, project support assistants, construction administrators, site coordination assistants, and similar roles.

Emphasis is placed on collaboration, communication, and supporting senior management to meet project objectives, maintain compliance with regulations, and promote safe, efficient, and high-quality construction practices.

Upon successful completion of this program, the student will have reliably demonstrated the ability to:

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for admission, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  1. Basic Admission Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum age: 19 years
  • Mature student status may apply (19+ without high school)


*Mature student applicants will be assessed based on skills, experience, transcripts, resume, and professional references. An interview may be required.

  1. English Language Proficiency

Applicants must meet one of the following:

  • IELTS 5.5 / TOEFL iBT 46 / Duolingo 95 (or equivalent)
  • English test completed within the last 2 years
  • 2–3 years of English-medium education
  • International credentials recognized by WES, ICES, or IQAS
